Eliassen Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, improve stakeholder engagement, support project delivery, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives.

The role is remote, contract-to-hire, with W2 benefits and a path to full-time employment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong facilitation and requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and requirements gathering experience.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, use cases, or functional requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders and facilitate discussions, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to challenge assumptions and drive productive conversations.
• Help partners understand technology capabilities and alignment to objectives.
• Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and process requirements.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, process flows, workflows, user stories, and documentation.
• Ensure requirements align with goals and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Project Management and IT leadership to support execution.
• Collaborate with development, technical leads, and stakeholders through the lifecycle.
• Assist with solution reviews, UAT activities, and implementation planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements.
• Mature intake, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, and governance processes.
• Balance improvement initiatives with established practices and culture.
