Act as the first point of escalation on behalf of the data center customers. Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for mission owner applications. Be well versed in engineering lifecycle processes and understand Data Center operations. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels when needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT and Data Management
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of Customer Services and Data Center technologies
• Ability to be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to evolving processes and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Management

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with network, systems administration, or systems engineering
• Knowledge of commercial cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
• Ability to be a self-starter who can manage their time and priorities successfully
• Ability to be collaborative and work independently
• Possession of excellent communication skills
• Possession of excellent organization skills and a dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900 to $108,000 (annualized USD). This estimate represents the typical salary range and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
