A leading company in Irving, TX is seeking an HR-IT Relationship Manager to oversee SAP SuccessFactors modules and ensure efficient HR functionalities. The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing HR IT solutions while adhering to agile methodologies. HR-IT Relationship Manager needed by Celanese Corporation in Irving, TX (& various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may work from home) to analyze, design, and propose delivery effort estimations, recommend feasible and effective solutions for applications in SAP SuccessFactors modules; Employee Central (EC), Performance and Global Management (PMGM), Compensation, Variable pay, Rewards and recognition, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and SAP ERP HCM Modules; Organization Management (OM), Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Cross Application Timesheets (CATS), benefits modules for all global locations. Design and provision environment architecture, ensuring proper testing and migration paths. Develop plans for activities, risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and technical IT processes to ensure successful implementation of HR functionalities. Adhere to agile and other software development methodologies and process standards to meet system requirements. Manage operational performance including SLAs, efficiency measures, demand planning, and profitability. Prepare design specifications, functional and process designs, prototypes, testing, training, and support procedures for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP-HCM, ADP applications, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. Manage small to mid-size technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Lead testing and defect resolution activities. Define security policies and develop data policies to secure employee data, manage master data corrections, and administer complex security models in SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, etc. Monitor and maintain Single Sign-On implementations (SAML, SAML2, SuccessFactors IAS). Ensure GDPR and privacy compliance. Assess security compliance through RoPA analysis. Design, develop, and maintain integrations using SuccessFactors Integration Suite, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and encryption technologies. Create and maintain design documentation. Provide SME expertise in HRIT and SAP modules such as Goal Management, OM, PA, CATS, Time Management, Payroll, SAP Concur, SAP ABAP, SAP ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors modules, and integration tools. Design and implement SAP-CATS solutions for new plants, manage payroll lifecycle configurations, tax solutions, and related processes.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, and 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP HCM modules such as OM, PA, CATS, Time Management, Payroll, SAP ESS/MSS, SuccessFactors modules, SAP ABAP, and Dell Boomi.
