Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of escalation on behalf of data center customers.
2. Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for mission owner applications.
3. Be well versed in engineering lifecycle processes and understand Data Center operations.
4. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity, referring more complex issues to higher levels as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT and Data Management
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of Customer Services and Data Center technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving processes
• Secret clearance
• Associate’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with network, systems administration, or systems engineering
• Knowledge of cloud environments like AWS and Azure
• Self-starter with good time management

Security Clearance: Applicants must undergo a security investigation; Secret clearance required.
