Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in IT finance/operations with leadership experience.
• Experience managing large vendor/MSP portfolios and multimillion-dollar IT budgets.
• GAAP knowledge and financial controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs IT Business Operations team and defines priorities.
• Develops IT operating model and annual objectives with leadership.
• Oversees IT contract and spend-to-value strategy and vendor negotiations.
• Leads Cloud FinOps governance, cost allocation, and optimization.
• Governs MSP/partner spend and software/licensing optimization.
• Delivers executive-ready spend analytics and forecasting.
• Supports annual budget and quarterly reforecasting.
• Sets internal standards and procedures for financial governance.
