Job summary

Helmerich and Payne seeks an experienced leader to define and drive global IT Asset Management strategy and End User Compute governance. You will own the asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement and partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Service Delivery to ensure compliance and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management or Endpoint Management.
• Experience in a large-scale global enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and evolve the global IT Asset Management strategy, governance model, and maturity framework.
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end lifecycle of all IT assets from procurement through retirement.
• Serve as the technical authority for the global End User Compute environment and governance best practices.
• Drive standardization of endpoint technologies, device configurations, deployment methodologies, and support models.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, controls, and standards for asset visibility and accountability.
• Lead lifecycle planning, technology refresh programs, and asset disposition with procurement and finance alignment.
