Helmerich and Payne in Tulsa is seeking a Director, Global Enterprise & Rig Technology Operations to lead worldwide IT infrastructure, rig connectivity, and security. You will manage 24x7 operations across regions, ensuring high availability for drilling operations and enterprise systems.

You will build and standardize global operating models, partner with Cybersecurity, drive cost efficiency, and mentor a global team of engineers and managers.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive prior leadership experience in IT infrastructure.
• Experience with global, follow-the-sun operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operating model for enterprise and rig technology services.
• Oversee 24x7 global infrastructure, networks, and cloud hosting.
• Lead major infrastructure initiatives and upgrades across regions.
• Manage incident response, security, and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cost efficiency and capacity planning across data centers and cloud.
