Helmerich & Payne, Inc. is seeking an Internal Reporting Analyst, Principal to lead monthly and quarterly internal financial reporting and variance analysis. You will collaborate with business leaders and FP&A to deliver high‑quality insights and drive improvements in forecasting and systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, over 8 years in accounting/finance, and expertise in Excel and BI tools. In‑office with Friday remote option in Tulsa, OK, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience, with emphasis on financial analysis.
• Prior experience in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed monthly internal financial reports and analyses.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly analytics, overviews, and leadership summaries.
• Partner with FP&A to support budgeting and forecasting processes and explain variances.
