Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead the IT business analysis team within our Information Technology group in Boise, Idaho. The manager will coordinate between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring the design and implementation of high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and judgment, with a focus on integrity, urgency and results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and IT project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT business analysts.
• Translate business requirements into design specifications and configuration details.
• Document current and future state processes (As-Is/To-Be) and create accompanying documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with IT priorities.
• Develop and oversee testing strategies with QA to ensure quality and regulatory alignment.
