Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead our Information Technology team in Milwaukee. You will mentor analysts, convert business requirements into designs, and oversee documentation for new software initiatives.

We expect strong communication, problem solving, and integrity. You will collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience in business analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of experience/training may be considered

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT business analysts translating business requirements into design specifications
• Deliver functional specs, designs, mock-ups, wireframes, maps and documentation for new or amended software projects
• Document current and future business processes (As-Is/To-Be) and associated systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Review system/process improvements to enhance user efficiency and data quality
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business and IT teams
• Ensure processes and docs follow industry standards and SDLCs
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet budget, scope and timelines
• Assist QA with testing strategies for new features and regulatory updates
