Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to join our Information Technology team in Charlotte. This role leads a team that bridges business stakeholders and IT delivery, translating complex requirements into effective solutions and guiding projects through design, testing and implementation.

In this position you will mentor analysts, foster collaboration, and ensure deliverables meet standards and timelines while aligning with CLA's strategic priorities

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience; planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and training may substitute.
• Proficient in eliciting requirements and mapping as-is/to-be processes (BPMN).
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, MS Project, Office, Azure DevOps, and process mapping apps (Camunda or Lucidchart).

Responsibilities

• Manages a team responsible for converting business requirements into design elements and configurations for the product.
• Oversees delivery of functional specs, designs, mock-ups, wireframes, process maps and accompanying docs.
• Documents current processes (As-Is) and envisages future states (To-Be), with systems and applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Reviews suggestions for system and process improvements to boost user efficiency and data accuracy.
• Leads requirements elicitation sessions involving business and IT staff.
• Ensures processes and documentation conform to industry standards and SDLC.
• Collaborates with external vendors to define objectives and manage budgets, scope and time.
• Performs data analyses to detect quality issues and shares resolutions with the team.
• Facilitates cross-team collaboration during design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Partners with QA to outline testing strategies for features, releases, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
