CLA, a leading national professional services firm, is hiring a Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead the IT BA team and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery. You will ensure high-quality solutions and align priorities across projects.

You will convert business requirements into detailed designs, oversee specifications, process maps, and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to realize successful outcomes within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required; Planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of IT business analysts serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT implementation teams
• Ensures delivery of high-quality specifications, designs, mock-ups, and documentation for new or amended software tasks
• Documents current processes (As-Is) and envisages future states (To-Be) with related systems
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes and adherence to budgets and timelines
• Leads elicitation sessions with business and IT staff to address issues and requirements
• Coordinates testing strategies with Quality Assurance for functional and integration tests
