Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead our IT business-analysis team in Boise. You will translate business needs into detailed specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions across multiple projects.

In this role you will mentor analysts, partner with stakeholders, and oversee documentation, process mappings, and QA collaboration, all while aligning with industry standards and the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of IT business analysts; translates business needs into designs and configurations.
• Ensures high-quality functional specs, designs, mock-ups, and process maps on time.
• Documents current and future processes (As-Is/To-Be) and related systems.
• Partners with stakeholders to align plans and ensure successful outcomes.
• Reviews system/process improvements to boost user efficiency and data quality.
• Drives requirement elicitation sessions with business and IT staff across SDLC.
• Ensures documentation complies with industry standards and SDLC.
• Collaborates with external vendors to meet budget, scope, and schedule.
• Supports testing strategies with QA for new features and regulatory changes.
