Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required; Planning, facilitating, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of IT business analysts serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Oversees delivery of functional specifications, designs, wireframes, process maps and documentation for new development projects or amendments.
• Documents current and future business processes and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partners with Quality Assurance to outline testing strategies for functional, integration, and regression tests.
• Collaborates with external vendors to define objectives and ensure projects meet budget, scope and time constraints.
