Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller is seeking an Automation Analyst to optimize IT processes and reduce manual effort. You will manage the enterprise PC imaging system, support ticketing/inventory, and automate deployments alongside the Service Desk.

The role emphasizes scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript), Power BI analytics, and collaboration with global IT teams to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Office-based with some overtime expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, CS, or MIS with 3–5 years IT experience.
• A+ certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with automation platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support.
• Manage imaging of PCs enterprise-wide via MDT.
• Support ticketing/inventory/patching with KACE and Jira Service Management.
• Analyze endpoint health with Power BI and automate deployments.
