Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration, endpoint management, IT infrastructure, or related role.
• Strong understanding of systems administration, endpoint management, Windows and macOS environments, and IT security best practices.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms, scripting languages, Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: Manage endpoint management systems, device configurations, user access, and policies.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Endpoint Management: Support security, device compliance, software deployment, and patch management.
• Infrastructure Support: Monitor and optimize system configurations for reliability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain procedures and system standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and teams to implement solutions.
