Job summary

LRS Consulting Services seeks an Automation Analyst for an on-site role in St. Louis, MO. The selected candidate will optimize IT processes through automation, manage the imaging pipeline, and support the enterprise endpoint environment.

The role emphasizes PowerShell scripting, collaboration with Service Desk and IT teams, and the deployment of automation tools across Windows and cloud environments. On-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing scripts and automation using PowerShell.
• Experience with automation platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath or similar).
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, enterprise networks, and Azure fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and clear communication of technical info.
• Ability to work fully on-site five days per week.
• Permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise PC imaging using MDT and evaluate next-gen imaging solutions.
• Administer KACE System Management Appliance for ticketing, inventory, patching, lifecycle & reporting.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve Service Desk efficiency.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline IT processes and collaborate with IT teams to implement tools.
• Provide training and technical support for new tools and processes.
• Create and maintain technical docs for automation and imaging workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and analyze processes to boost efficiency and reliability.
