Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience; Associate degree preferred.
• Entry-level IT Systems Administrator with basic server and cloud knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for server OS and related software/hardware.
• Troubleshoot application and OS problems.
• Document configurations and procedures to ensure standardized operating procedures.
• Provide Level 2 support to the IT Service Desk.
• Administer on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Work with monitoring tools to address alerts.
• Install, configure, and decommission servers per lifecycle processes.
• Maintain Windows and Azure Active Directory environments.
