Job summary

Dorsia is seeking an IT Manager to build and operate the internal IT function across New York and Miami, owning the roadmap end to end, from identity management to device security and compliance readiness.

The role blends hands-on implementation with strategic planning, overseeing integrations, automation, security controls, and support for multiple offices, with autonomy and visibility during a growth phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years owning IT at a fast-growing startup or multi-office company.
• Experience building and operating IT function end-to-end, including identity, access, security, and compliance.
• Proven ability to design scalable IT strategies, policy docs, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and own IT roadmap for multiple offices, with scalable support and knowledge base.
• Design and maintain integrations between internal tools for operations, finance, and HR.
• Own security controls, SSO/MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, and incident response.
• Lead vendor and hardware management, device provisioning, and asset lifecycle.
