Job summary

Drips Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manager, Corporate IT to lead and scale our Corporate IT function. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing identity, endpoints, corporate SaaS, ITSM, device lifecycle, vendors, documentation, and operational automation, ensuring governance and security scale with growth.

You'll partner with InfoSec and executives to mature IT operations, drive AI-driven ticket deflection, and manage vendor relationships for measurable efficiency and risk improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including people management.
• Experience building or maturing IT governance, security, and compliance programs.
• Hands-on depth with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, endpoint security, and ITSM.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA-adjacent requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of IT professionals and set priorities.
• Oversee core IT operations: identity, endpoints, SaaS, ITSM, and automation.
• Build and mature IT governance, access controls, and documentation.
• Drive vendor management, software licensing, renewals, and budget.
• Partner with InfoSec and leaders to align IT with business goals.
• Drive automation, AI-assisted support, and ticket deflection metrics.
