Job summary

Durlston Partners LLP in New York is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to own the office technology and end‑user infrastructure. You will manage the outsourced service desk, oversee the MSP relationship, and handle AV systems, access control, UniFi networking, and general systems administration on‑site.

This hands‑on role requires taking tasks from brief to completion with minimal supervision and clear communication with users, the MSP, and the wider technology team.

Qualifications

• Fundamental Citrix knowledge.
• Experience delivering white‑glove service to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with VDI or other compute environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• AV support experience.
• Experience overseeing outsourced service desk.
• Self‑starter capable of running projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the office IT and end‑user infrastructure.
