Job summary

Proper Hospitality seeks a Corporate Director of Information Technology to lead the full lifecycle of core enterprise apps across PMS, CRS, POS, ERP, and CRM, while guiding IT workstreams for new property openings, acquisitions, and transitions.

The role demands hospitality technology fluency, strong vendor and project management, and the ability to translate IT capabilities into business outcomes for Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Brand leadership; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive IT experience in multi-property hospitality environments.
• Experience leading hotel pre-openings, acquisitions, or technology transitions.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration across large portfolios.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, administration, and lifecycle management of core enterprise apps (Infor HMS, CRS, Toast, ERP, CRM).
• Manage contracts, SLAs, escalations, and roadmap alignment with providers.
• Lead enterprise app upgrades, integrations, and deployments with minimal business disruption.
• Oversee IT pre-opening workstreams and platform deployments for new properties.
