• Demonstrate understanding of IT controls across apps, databases, OS, networks, and reporting tools.
• Perform IT general control audits: change management, security, operations, and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with client staff to understand IT processes, obtain evidence, and analyze tests.
• Deliver exceptional client experience through timely, responsive communication.
