The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Student Information Systems & AV Services assistant at Fairmont State University. The role offers hands-on experience supporting campus events and equipment management, with daytime shifts and occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
Responsibilities include setup and teardown of AV gear, customer service for faculty and guests, and maintaining inventory, with a base hourly rate of $10–$13 and an academic-year appointment.
Student will assist the Information Systems and Audio/Visual Services team with campus event support, equipment setup, inventorymanagement, and general logistics for technology and multimediaresources across Fairmont State University. This position provideshands-on experience with event technology, equipment management,and customer service while supporting university operations.
Student will work approximately 15-20 hours per week. Hours willprimarily be daytime shifts but may include early mornings,evenings, and weekends based on event schedules and universityneeds.
Base Hourly Rate: 10.00-13.00
