Responsibilities

• Assist with the transport, setup, operation, and teardown of audio/visual equipment, including projectors, displays, sounds systems, and computers
• Provide customer service and support to faculty, staff, students, and guests during campus events
• Ensure that complex technical issues are referred to appropriate full-time staff
• Maintain inventory of technology and audio/visual equipment
• Organize storage areas and ensure equipment is properly stored and secured
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report damaged or missing items to full-time staff
• Other duties as assigned
