Responsibilities

• Tier-1 IT support for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other peripherals (60%).
• Assist in IT property management and documentation (10%).
• Assist in development or maintenance of relational databases (MySQL/MS SQL/MS Access) (20%).
• Support development or testing of tech-based research components (10%).
