The University of Georgia in Athens is seeking an IT Assistant in the Center for Community and Family Research. This employee role offers $15/hr with a potential to become permanent; anticipated start date is 10/19/2026.

Location is the Athens Area and the posting encourages continuity of employment beyond the initial term. This position is a full-time, on-site role within the Center for Community and Family Research.

Responsabilidades

• Tier-1 IT support: technical support and maintenance for desktop, laptop computers, tablets, smartphones and other peripherals.
• Assistance on technical specification documents and IT property management.
• Assist in development or maintenance of relational databases such as MS Access, MySQL or MS SQL.
• Support development of tech-based research study components (e.g., research new technologies, help test new processes, program measures, etc.).
