Job summary

nshs, based in Warrenville, IL, seeks an IT Asset Management Business Analyst I to support hardware asset lifecycle administration within the ServiceNow HAM module. You will ensure asset data integrity, perform reconciliations, and help implement ITAM policies and procedures.

Under guidance from senior team members, the Analyst assists lifecycle transactions, audits, reporting, and foundational ServiceNow configuration.

Qualifications

• Education and certification matching IT asset management roles are required or highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM and IT asset governance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Asset & CMDB Data Accuracy: ensure asset and configuration item integrity in the CMDB.
