Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist to drive governance and optimization of hardware asset processes across the enterprise.

The role focuses on ServiceNow HAM Pro, CMDB integrations, and audit readiness, working with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to ensure accurate asset data and informed decision-making.

Mentoring, stakeholder training, and leadership in advancing hardware asset management maturity will be key contributions in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise Hardware Asset Management programs.
• 3+ years managing audit readiness activities and reconciliation.
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards for asset records.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM Pro and CMDB integrations.
• 2+ years governance across CMDB and asset inventories.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME for HAM, ensure data governance across hardware assets and CMDB.
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Lead configuration, administration, and enhancement of ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities along with CMDB integrations.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security, and IT to improve asset visibility and controls.
• Develop training, reporting, and analytics to drive HAM best practices and continuous improvement.
