The role focuses on optimizing hardware asset data, ensuring audit readiness, and maturing HAM practices enterprise-wide, with mentoring and training responsibilities for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise Hardware Asset Management
• 3+ years audit readiness activities
• 2+ years establishing data quality standards and trusted asset records
• 2+ years with ServiceNow ITAM capabilities (HAM Pro, Discovery, CMDB)
• 2+ years governance across CMDB platforms and assets

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise SME for Hardware Asset Management across HAM platforms
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle including inventory accuracy and audit readiness
• Lead configuration, administration and enhancements of ServiceNow HAM Pro
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Governance, Security and IT for asset visibility and governance
• Develop training, documentation, reporting and analytics to drive HAM adoption and AI-enabled efficiencies
