Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead a global asset governance function. The role focuses on driving ITIL-aligned asset practices, ensuring data quality and lifecycle optimization across regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Security to standardize processes and enable informed decision-making.

Hybrid work options and a strong emphasis on audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and cost control are key. 4–6 years in global asset management and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, with emphasis on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling informed decision-making, lifecycle optimization, and cost control.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
