Job summary

Ryan seeks an experienced IT Asset Manager to lead the asset lifecycle, align ITIL practices across global teams, and ensure enterprise visibility for assets that support business services.

You will guide regional asset specialists, promote data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to support incident, change, and service request workflows. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in asset governance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ITIL knowledge required or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management experience in a global enterprise.
• Strong ITIL practices knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Ivanti Neurons and Ivanti Asset Management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team and governs lifecycle governance.
• Provides guidance and enablement to regional support teams.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets for service delivery.
• Acts as escalation point for asset-related issues impacting audits and reports.
