Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee enterprise IT asset management across the global footprint. The role focuses on governance, data accuracy, financial transparency, and audit readiness to support business services.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and ESM to maximize value and minimize risk while driving standardized asset processes across regions. This position offers hybrid work and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan's business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
