Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to lead our IT Asset Management program across a global footprint. You will govern the lifecycle of hardware and software, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and cost control in collaboration with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams.

You will optimize asset data usage in service workflows and drive continual improvement in line with ITIL practices and ESM principles. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Experience administering enterprise asset management platforms, incl. Ivanti Neurons and Ivanti Asset Management; ITIL foundations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT Asset Management as a core ESM capability and guides regional teams.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets and supports audits and financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to align asset data with incident, change, and service workflows in Ivanti.
• Drives data quality, governance, and cost control across Ryan's global footprint.
