Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the global IT Asset Management program, ensuring governance, data quality, and lifecycle optimization across IT and business units. You will steward asset data in Ivanti, drive audits, and support financial reporting with strong ITIL discipline.

The role requires 4–6 years in asset management within a global enterprise, a Bachelor’s degree, and relevant ITIL certifications. Hybrid work, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management within a global enterprise.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practice Manager or other advanced ITIL certifications preferred.
• Ivanti Neurons and Ivanti Asset Management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core IT service management capability across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance and standards to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality, and continual improvement aligned with ITIL practices.
• Ensures visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services across the enterprise.
• Acts as escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service requests within Ivanti.
