Job summary

Ryan seeks an Asset Manager to drive enterprise IT Asset Management across its global footprint. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring data accuracy, financial transparency and audit readiness.

Work with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity and ESM teams to maximize technology value and reduce risk. Leadership responsibility includes guiding an asset management specialist, promoting data quality, and aligning with ITIL practices to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ITIL knowledge and practices emphasized including Service Value System concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; global, matrixed environment experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; ITIL Practice Manager or other advanced ITIL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan's business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling informed decision-making, lifecycle optimization, and cost control.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
• Supports Ryan's global growth by delivering scalable, standardized asset processes across regions.

Education
