Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Management Leader to drive enterprise asset governance across global IT and business teams. The role focuses on data quality, process standardization, and cost control while ensuring audits and reporting readiness.

You will partner with stakeholders to align asset data with incident, change, and service workflows, applying ITIL practices and enabling regional asset specialists for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience administering enterprise asset management platforms.
• Ability to analyze asset data and identify trends.
• Ability to support decision making across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, especially IT Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Asset Management governance across global IT and business teams.
• Provide guidance and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets and support service delivery, audits, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align asset data with incident, change and service request workflows.
