Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead a global asset management function, ensuring enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets and alignment with service delivery, audits, and financial reporting. The role partners with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and lifecycle optimization.

The position emphasizes governance, data quality, and standardized asset processes across regions, with a focus on cost control and audit readiness within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, with emphasis on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
