Job summary

Ryan seeks an IT Asset Manager to lead the asset management function, ensuring enterprise visibility into IT assets and driving lifecycle governance. You will collaborate with global teams, support audits, and enable cost control through standardized processes.

The role requires IT Asset Management expertise, ITIL knowledge, and strong data analysis to improve service delivery and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ITSM capability, collaborating across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
