Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work-related experience.
• At least 1 year of IT experience.
• Experience with IT Asset Management and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, receipt and deployment of hardware/software assets per policies.
• Maintain IT asset data across Store Support Center, stores, and third-party sites.
• Coordinate asset disposal with vendors and Accounting for proper tracking.
• Collaborate with Accounting to verify receipt, issuance, documentation and reconcile invoices.
• Assist in determining safety stock levels for IT assets across devices and peripherals.
• Track software licenses, warranties, and maintenance agreements per policy.
• Contribute to testing procedures to ensure compatibility with Casey’s systems.
• Partner with IT Help Desk to deploy assets and provide on-site support.
• Suggest process improvements for asset-management workflows and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
