Job summary

Casey’s IT Asset Management Specialist oversees enterprise-wide IT asset processes through the full lifecycle. You’ll process purchase orders, maintain asset records, and collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely IT purchases.

You’ll also support inventory, audits, and vendor coordination while helping refine procedures and tools. Role requires communication with internal and external stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work onsite at the Store Support Center in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work-related experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant IT experience with IT Asset Management.
• General knowledge of network and IT infrastructure equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, receipt and deployment of hardware and software assets.
• Define, record, and maintain IT asset data across locations.
• Manage asset disposal with vendors and Accounting to ensure tracking and compliance.
• Collaborate with Accounting to verify receipt, issuance, and documentation of equipment.
• Assist in determining safety stock levels for IT assets.
• Support tracking and management of software licenses, warranties, and maintenance.
• Contribute to testing procedures for software and hardware.
• Partner with IT Help Desk to facilitate asset deployment at stores.
• Recommend process improvements in asset management workflows and reporting.
