Job summary

Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA seeks a Senior IT Support Analyst to elevate end-user technology across the enterprise. You will lead endpoint engineering, workplace technology, automation, analytics, and executive support to drive reliability and productivity.

You will mentor analysts, define technical standards, and partner with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to modernize how technology enables Casey's business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive IT support experience.
• Experience leading complex technical problem solving across endpoints and workplace tech.
• Hands-on experience with Intune configuration, enrollment, and MDM troubleshooting.
• Expertise with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Autopilot, and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Own technical resolution and root cause analysis for endpoint and workplace tech issues.
• Mentor analysts and raise technical capability of Client Services.
• Lead or support technology refreshes, upgrades, and migrations.
• Utilize PowerShell automation for endpoint management and reporting.
• Use ServiceNow dashboards and Power BI for metrics and decision making.
