Casey’s is seeking a Maintenance Service Coordinator - Parts Specialist in Ankeny, IA to support our Fleet team with parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance and repair work. You will handle shipping, invoicing, and warranty claims while ensuring orders are completed on time.

The role requires an Associate degree or relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of CMMS (RTA). Local travel and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience may be substituted.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance reporting standards and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with safety components.
• Ability to assess equipment failures over the phone and relay information to repair facilities.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with transparency and respect.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with proper parts and labor coding.
• Enter inventory data and verify delivery against purchase orders.
• Take orders for parts and ship to service locations.
• Communicate parts status based on priority.
• Review repair orders to ensure time and parts are accurate.
