Job summary

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT asset management, software licensing, help desk, servers, desktops, or software development.
• Ability to translate technical specs to non-technical documents.
• Understanding of cloud and SaaS environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Effective planning, time management, and organization; adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review and process software-related work orders following procedures and ensure data integrity in asset management repositories.
• Review and process hardware-related work orders for virtual and physical hardware; ensure licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with technology teams and business units to track and monitor software and hardware assets; validate location information.
• Monitor system logs and address concerns with team members.
• Review software titles not on a regular review schedule; coordinate audits as needed.
• Maintain and update asset management and change management databases.
• Assist in license reviews, renewals, and reclaim processes; back up team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
