Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support store systems, applications, and infrastructure across Ankeny, IA. You will monitor daily production, assist with server provisioning, and coordinate with Help Desk and vendors to ensure store connectivity.

The role requires 3+ years in IT analysis, experience with ITSM tools, and scripting in PowerShell or Python. On-site work five days a week is expected, with a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT analysis supporting applications and infrastructure.
• Experience with IT service management and collaboration tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with PowerShell or Python scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day infrastructure operations and incidents via the service management platform.
• Partner with Help Desk and vendors to ensure store connectivity and performance.
• Assist with provisioning, modifying, and maintaining servers and cloud resources.
• Provide technical support for store systems using secure remote tools.
• Maintain edge infrastructure enabling critical store operations.
• Assist with applying security patches and OS updates for stability and compliance.
• Use scripting to aid automation, troubleshooting, and support tasks.
• Monitor production systems for availability, capacity, and performance.
• Document processes, data flows, and run books for support teams.
• Log service requests and coordinate with internal/third-party resources to remediate issues.
• Follow change management processes for configuration changes.
• Support enterprise data integrity and security per privacy/regulatory requirements.
• Participate in rotating on-call for after-hours support.
