Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst I - IT Asset Management to support the IT hardware asset lifecycle within the ServiceNow HAM module. Hybrid position in Warrenville or Skokie, IL, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, focusing on asset tracking, data integrity, and governance.

Under supervision, you will perform lifecycle transactions, audits, reporting, and foundational ServiceNow configuration activities, while helping document IT hardware standards and streamline procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field.
• 1–3 years IT Asset Management experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow HAM.
• HAM/CIS or related certifications preferred.
• Strong data governance and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Asset & CMDB data accuracy and validation.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and physical audits.
• Data quality and cleanup of HAM records.
• Assist with IT hardware standards development and procurement.
• Execute hardware asset lifecycle transactions in HAM.
• Generate standard reports and dashboards.
• Maintain process docs and job aids.
• Support governance and compliance activities.
• Assist with discovery and integration updates.
• Collaborate with IT operations and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
