Job summary

Revel IT in Washington, DC, is seeking an IT Workplace Technology Application Trainer to develop and conduct training programs for a range of IT applications used across the organization. The role combines in-person and hybrid delivery to support employees in using tools effectively.

You will design curriculums, deliver engaging sessions, evaluate outcomes, maintain training documentation, and stay current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven IT training experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with instructional design and LMS is a plus.
• Patient, approachable, and able to facilitate learning for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for IT applications across the organization.
