Qualifications

• 7–10 years in training design and technical support, preferably for government or high-security clients.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise software training with ticketing and escalation.
• Ability to engage with executive-level audiences and VIP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve comprehensive training curricula for each application.
• Produce SOPs, QRGs, job aids, manuals, and video tutorials.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training with executive presence.
• Maintain role-based training tracks for frontline to executives.
• Coordinate training schedules and track completion in SharePoint.
