Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven IT training or education experience in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training content for different audiences and proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop curricula for IT applications.
• Design and produce training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually to improve users' technical proficiency.
• Customize training content for different learning styles and provide hands-on demonstrations.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to trainees as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and reports for management.
