Qualifications

• Provide first-level support for delivery software and devices.
• Assist with installation, updating, and maintenance of apps.
• Work with IT to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
• Distribute phones and laptops to employees.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
